Good morning mam iam currently at 37 weeks 6 days this is my second pregnancy during last checkup my doctor said cervix is not yet opened and AFI is 7 i didn't have any labour symptoms please guide me mam what to do to move towards labour quickly

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
