feed at least 4 times a day more than 1/2 Katori per meal and give a snack in between
morning options: dry fruit or nuts milk, upma, Idli, dosa, stuffed paratha, porridge
later: fruit
lunch: roti soaked in dal and vegetable , soft dal rice with vegetables, non veg foods like fish, curd rice, vegetable daliya, vegetable khichadi
later: milk, fruit
evening: finger foods like vegetables cutlets, bread with peanut butter, cucumber sticks, fruit
dinner : any items like lunch

Give all that you cook for ur family.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
Milk to be given around 400-500 ml in a day
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
