Good Morning ma'am. This is Shoaib from Srinagar , my son is 7 M old, what foods shall we give him. We just provide him Cerlac rice and Mother's feed only.

A. hello. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi, dal khichdi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge preffer home made cerelac.
