Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi give calcium rich food like Ragi ,nuts ,dry fruits, dairy products i.e milk , paneer , curd, ghee, buttermilk etc more provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. avoid giving RO water
