Q.

good morning I want to ask about my daughter, she is 9 n a half years old. She has been getting signs of puberty since 1 and a half years. Is it possible to delay her periods because she is too small to handle? The period has not started yet. can you suggest me what to do?

A. actually many kids get their cycle by this time. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. vigorous daily exercise is perhaps the safest and most effective way to slow puberty. In fact, young female athletes sometimes don't start their periods until they decrease their training schedule, or increase their body fat to 16%.
