have Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily..
eat protein rich diet.
maintain a good spine posture

Hello,it happens in few mother's , mostly those mother's who gain lots of weight during pregnancy suffers with this problem due to over weight,so that is not a serious problem,you just need to loose some weight and along with that you should also start taking calcium and vitamin d.
