Good morning Dr Whenever I give fruits to my child he start sneezing, pls Doctor suggest me what I should do.

A. hi is it happens after giving certain fruit ? please don't give two or more fruits at a time. follow 3 days rule whenever you give new fruit or new food items so you may check whether your child is allergic to that particular food or fruit or not
