good morning Dr. my son is 4 month old since yesterday morning he poop bit after every feed poop more in morning like greenish stool with a mucus is this is need to worry but he is very active

as child is active ,no need to worry much
but as there is mucus in stool , i advise to visit your pediatrician for once.
Along with that as mother's diet can affect baby's stomach , i advise her to take easily digestible food items in her diet
