Q.

Good morning Dr, my 4 yr old baby's ear piercing has pus again n again. What should I do to heal it completely?

A. 1. Clean the pierced area gently with saline solution or antiseptic 2. Avoid rotating, touching, playing with the earring to prevent bacteria 3. Apply thin layer of antibiotic ointment as advised by the pediatrician 4. Ensure earrings are made of hypoallergic material. 5. Allow sufficient healing time before changing earrings. 6. Consider temporary earring removal under professional guidance if the infection is severe.

A. meet dr for assessment in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

A. hello this can be there could be an infection over there and would require a proper medical investigation and it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
