Good morning doctors and parents, can I give any health drink mixed in milk to my 1.2 months daughter as she simply rejects the milk. She's just consuming 100 to 150 ml of milk in 24 hours. ..... Not only this, she just don't eat paneer , curd or any other dairy items........ please suggest. .......

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hello please avoid any nutritional supplements and growth booster powders before baby is two years old. you can mix cardamom and one or two strands of saffron to the milk and try giving it to her. give her all home made foods which are easily digestible and nutritious

srishti wadhwaMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. see baby needs vareity new recipes and can't eat just the same thing everyday try to make food little investing making shapes of chapati cut paneer into cute shapes and definitely she will eat enagage in acativites and give him feed lus yes not daily u can mix helathy mix powders but make it alaternative

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Health drinks like Junior horlicks pediasure etc are to be given after the baby completes two years can add some dry fruit powder and give. Can give milkshakes or kheer custard to the baby or give paneer in paratha cutlet poha upma etc give buttermilk cheese etc to the baby
