good morning doctor... my twins a boy and a girl are of 11th mpnth. they are born on oct4th... my baby boy got his 4 milk teeth. but my baby girl didn't get her first tooth yet... do I need to worry . may know the reason or precations needed. any problem to be considered

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it is okay. sometimes there is a delay in teething you can wait till the age of 18 months fir the first tooth to erupt. do not compare both the children
