Good morning Doctor! my son is 4 months 15 days old and he is releasing so much of saliva from his mouth. what can be the reason and how to stop that ? could you please suggest me some steps ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. itnis ok .47Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.
