Good morning Doctor, My son is 21 months old and hasn't started speaking yet. He just makes some random sounds like 'pa', 'da', etc. Should I be worried. Is there something that I need to be doing. Please let me know.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

It is OK..
Some babies they start to talk late. If ur baby is making eye contact and understand what you are saying, follow ur instructions then no need to worry. It will be fine as baby grows up.
