ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom try to observe if the child is unwell as such ? Also check his stools and urine output . Get his Hb levels checked . Make sure he give some fruits and liquids to keep him well hydrated it’s very much important. Offer small meals . And offer variety
