Good morning Doctor, My daughter is of 18 months,as she has no problem but one thing is that she only wants to play and controlling her sleep. She is sleeping late at night and in day time after lunch also she don't want to sleep. As I m a working lady I can't understand how to make her sleep for little more time.

Ma’am I think you are spending less time with your child and the child wants to make the most of whatever time you have for your child as you’re working mum so try to spend more time with your child get your child exhausted by doing more activities so that your child sleep well in the night
