Good morning doctor, my daughter is diagnosed with grade four adenoids and has been put on corticosteroid( mometasone spray) for the next three to four months by ENT doctor. Could you please advise if there is any cold / cough with congestion can we give her nasal saline and nebulization as we used to follow .How should I care for her in such situations. kindly advise.
