Q.

Good morning doctor, my daughter is diagnosed with grade four adenoids and has been put on corticosteroid( mometasone spray) for the next three to four months by ENT doctor. Could you please advise if there is any cold / cough with congestion can we give her nasal saline and nebulization as we used to follow .How should I care for her in such situations. kindly advise. Thank you very much.

A. Neutralising your child and continuing with what your doctor suggesting is only going to be helpful apart from that the grade 4 adenoids is really you you know it’s better to go for a surgery if your doctor advising you to that’s going to give you a much better relief and the growth of your child would be rather more evident
