Good morning Doctor, My daughter is 9.5months old now,so in what quantity milk should be given to her. I give her breastmilk 3 times a day and may be 100ml cow milk in her porridge. so is it sufficient? regards, Radhika Hegde.

A. Hello mom overall cows milk should not given atleast till age of 10 months in a cooked form. They might have digestion issues. Though the quantity is fine if the baby is able to digest , but at the same time offer other variety of foods as well
