Good Morning Doctor My Daughter is 10 months old, I have started her giving solids during lunch time like kitchidi(pulses and rice). iam adding grated carrot to it. my question is - can I give her carrot on daily basis. Thanks for your time

A. Yes, you can add carrot in the food which you feed to the baby on daily basis. Carrot is rich in Vitamin A and helps in good eye sight, boost immunity and improves skin's health. You can add it in mixed vegetable soup or dalua too and give in other different forms to keep the interest of baby in eating.
