A. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor whoz will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .
