Good morning Doctor my daughter aadriti is 1 yr 3 months old , from yesterday afternoon she is running with fever like.. 100, 101, 102 till today's morning . My husband bought dolo drops for her. is it safe to use ?

A. yes it is safe, but make sure to give it in right dose acvording to weight of your child. give her lots of liquids / breast feeding to kerp her hyderate
