good morning doctor my child urine is in yellow colour he is completely fine and active actually I am giving him formula milk, now a days I am adding extra water for the measurement is it ok what will be the problem

Even when you start giving them purees or weaning food at around 6 months of age, breast milk and formula are still more important than water. feed more often.

As ur baby is 7 months old, increase the water intake, give coconut water, buttermilk,fresh fruit juice etc to keep your baby hydrated.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry
