Good morning doctor. My child is only 1 month old, He doesn't burp after feeding and i have tried all the methods.

Keep The child on the shoulder for at least 10 to 15 minutes after giving a feat even after your child is not burping and not vomiting after that then it is absolutely fine but do keep your child because that helps in settling the middle down in the system when you keep your child on the shoulder
