Good morning doctor my boy is 21 months old he has cough and not eating rice he ll eat chapati,egg, banana,his early mrg urine is yellow colour remaining times normal light yellow colour urine not sleeping properly at night ,he need food at night , suggestions please

A. dear mom. fir cough you can give him steam inhalation or nebulization. give sitopaladi powder with honey it will help offer him more liquids to avoid dehyderation all the best
