Q.
good morning doctor..! my bady is having around 100f temperature from from the same days after having 5th month vaccination. it is 3rd still temperature is same. we are giving paracetamol oral drops every 6 hrs interval.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
coldds sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
