good morning doctor, my baby is passing sticky and paste-like stools, what might be the reason for stickiness?

A. hi don't worry about it unless baby is cranky while passing motion stool is blood tinged or too watery in consistency. paste like stools are fine poop reflects what mother has taken as it is passed through breast milk to the breast. keep breastfeeding the baby at regular intervals of two to three hours and on demand
