Good morning doctor, my baby is 9 and half months old. He is getting green poop ,with mucus . What to do?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician10 months agoA. Start giving zinc drops to the baby and also avoid giving dishes made with milk but feeding can be continued and if stools are watery then give enterogermina 2.5 mL twice a day for 3 days
