#AskTheExpert Good morning doctor, my baby is 4 months girl baby. The motion place get skin damage and we are using dimethicone, zinc oxide calamine and cetrimide cream ( siloderm) .It is recommended or not.

A. hi mom. . if cream has been suggested by the doctor , then definitely you can use it. do not use the diaper until the rashes will heal completely. some other good creams for the diaper rashes are you can use mama Earth anti rash cream Ezinapi plus cream , both are very good to reduce the rashes. if the rashes filled with pus that you have to consult with the pediatrician. do not use wet wipes instead use warm water with wash cloth, do not rub, just pat the area dry.
