good morning doctor It's been 5 days since my son has gone stool. He is now 14 days old. We are giving a 5ml of Colin for indigestion daily twice. but still no progress. pls advice

A. do medicines for newborn baby Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
