good morning doctor.iam mother of 15month baby boy. can I give rice two times,. and curd is preferable in night to baby

A. Hello dear parent Yes ofcourse you can give rice twice a day and there are no contraindications to giving curd. Just avoid refrigerated curd during night times. Normal temperature one is enough

A. Avoid giving curd at night and rest can be given to the baby and the best time to give curd is either breakfast or lunch time and give a healthy diet
