A. Hi Yes you can take. but also check for vit D levels. if they are less, you may need to start with vit D supplements Consultant the physician or gynaecologist only after that you start with supplements

A. hello mom, yes but I recommend you to to seek help from your gynecologist also consume Gond ke laddu which is good for calcium and protein vitamins also.. give emphasis on consuming fresh fruits vegetables milk paneer egg tofu
