good morning doctor..I am breastfeeding a mother of 7 month old boy ..recently I shifted to Pune ..it's been around one week..the diet my son is having is cow's milk,cerelac,banana,sooji kheer and sometimes mango...after coming coming here he is passing hard stool and having very difficulty in passing stool ..please suggest something what should I do

A. hello introduction to solids can cause constipation problem and it 8s better to give your child fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables and also give fibre rich food in the diet and include fruits especially banana and papaya which can help baby get relief from the constipation problem
