#AskTheExpert #StretchMarks good morning Doctor. After delivery i haven't used any cream for my stretch marks. If i use natural home remedy like applying alove vera jel. will give me good results?

yes definitely it will give the results but you need to use it for at least 2 to 3 months continuously.
drink lots of water which is very important
Stretch marks will fade away by itself with time.
use coconut oil aloevera gel or cocoa butter to the stretch mark area to reduce the appearance.
Even you can scrub the area with coconut oil and sugar which is very good.
Hydrate your body by drinking plenty of water which will also reduce stretch marks
