good morning doc my son is 1 year 9 months old.. he has loose motion n stomach pain from 4 to 5 days loose motion is full watery n it's green colour.. how to cure n for why it's happening like that... n could you plz recommend any medicine plzz...

A. thus may be indifestion or stomach incmfection most probably.. so food to condukt ur doc fir detsil clinicsl examination n treatment acvordingly. offer lots of fluids. ok.
