good morning Doc my baby is 8 months old and he is on formula milk since birth. I personally feel he s not strong enuf. I feed him solid food and milk. Could you please advice if I an start eggs an also if there's anything I can do?

A. You can introduce eggs to your baby around the same time you introduce solid foods, which is around 6 months old. In the beginning, however, you'll want to start with very soft or pureed foods (which can include whole grain infant cereals) before you progress to offering more textured foods.
