Good morning can we give jaggery to 7 month old babies as sweeting agent in their foods?

A. better to use after 8 month. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby. Do not add salt, sugar, honey to your baby’s food. give 2 to 3 time semi solid food

A. Babies can have jaggery as soon as they start eating solids, which is around the age of six months. However, the appropriate age may vary for each baby. Therefore, consult a doctor or pediatric nutritionist to know the right age to introduce jaggery to your baby.
