NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the breastfeeding mum should have more of fruits and vegetables and also green leafy vegetables especially sabbakki and fenugreek which would be good to increase milk l secretion and also have more of fluids which will be good too
