good evening sir... my son is 11 months and he has been having constipation for quite sometime.. I had checked with a local doctor twice,but still my boy's stool is not good.. please help me... I dont know what to feed him to ease his constipation

A. modify the diet avoid baked and packaged foods give lots of oral Fluids and diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc add more fruits and vegetables in the diet
