good evening sir my son age 2years 8 month's now yesterday evening mild fever 99.4 temparature today same temparature..We r use paracetamol suspension every 6 hours but fever coming.. temparature down and up this fever any infection are weather change fever please suggest best medicine tq

A. It can be due to hot weather and if the fever is coming after every six hours so can be viral so repeat the dose of paracetamol after four to six hours interval and try to give more liquids to the child
