Good evening sir my daughter is 3.6yrs old she is having severe fever medicine is also not working nor sponge still fever is above 100 what to do can I give fever injection,and she is having cold and dry cough.

A. if she is not responding to oral medication n tepid sponging than Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
