good evening sir my baby boy age 22 month's now Today he is active but after 7pm started crying - touch her stomach and total food vomiting..then We are using Meftal-spas suspension and vomikind suspension..but now he is not taking food..now he is sleeping..now we are in village.. please suggest best medicine and Home remedies thanks you

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello try to give something in fluid and if no fever meftal is not necessary and also meftal is higher dosage and child is having fever you should give just paracetamol and if fever is more then doctor will recommend meftal.. give small portion which can hekp
