Good evening! My son 2 months 10days old. He has cold and cough. Doctor prescribed Kofarest-PD drops but still when he breathes I hear weird noises. I'm also using Nasoclear drops too. He's combine fed. Please advise what to do, I'm worried. Thank you!

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.5 months old and he is having coughs with wheezing sounds from his chest so give him kofarest PD 10 drops three times a day
