Good evening mam my son got fever yesterday nght 103 , I gave apex 250 syrup 6ml for 6hrs but today also fever is not coming to low showing 101 and 102 temperature what to do plz give me suggestions .

A. Meftal usually helps a lot in bringing down the fever and the span of the fever repetition also increases so if you have an option to visit your doctor do that otherwise you can shift this medicine and please consult your doctor tomorrow
