Good evening mam My daughter is suffering from diarrhoea and vomitings Can I give ondem syrup Zinconia syrup for her.. she is 1year 10months old

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known fuas gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motionfs are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Yes you can give it to the child no problems in that but along with that also I would recommend you to give good amount of water frequently to the child you can also include buttermilk and if you want you can also also ORS into the water that is also going to be benefiting for a child
