Good evening... I am breastfeeding mother... I got sudden ache at my back and unable even to take a step and even paining for deep breath... paining heavily... in my village medical won't available till morning.. plz guide me some home remedies

First of all if you are having severe pain then take a painkiller or paracetamol and take hot water bag and make sure you maintain right posture while feeding and sleep on hard bed and avoid holding baby in lap and avoid forward bending and take online consultation if pain persists
