good evening everyone , there are white patches all over inside the mouth , inside the lips , and also on tongue , my baby is not complaining about any pain , but it is really disturbing to see inside the mouth .

If it is spreading all over baby’s mouth then in such case you have to consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you are after examining baby. You should not apply anything till it is not advised by doctors so first you have to consult with your doctor about it
