good evening doctor my son is 7 days old he got jaundice of 15.7 mg/dl netilimycin injection has been suggested by doctor for 8 days 4 doses have been completed today a leg muscle has swollen due to injection I am applying thrombophob ointment bit worried how should I take remaining 4 injection asit is swollen will he get any fever bit worried too small baby what to do

A. I don’t know why a doctor has suggested you injections because it is not a very high level in this case Dr normally advised to keep Ojha inte phototherapy for 24 to 48 hours and then usually becomes better so you can apply ice cube as of now and check with your doctor if you need to go ahead with further injections I don’t think so it’ll be required anymore
