Q.

Good evening doctor . my baby was born premature in 35 weeks. doctor recommended to give similac neosure .I want to know for how many months we can continue this.

A. Hello, your baby girl is premature and she is taking similac but if she is 5 kg now you should stop giving it and feed her your nutritious breast milk

A. as soon as the weight of the child is more than 3.5 kg then there is no need to give preterm formula milk but you can shift to regular formula milk for the child
