good evening doctor/mom 's. I am mother of 2.5 years boy,. since 5 months my son age is 11kgs ,not gaining, please suggest me🙏

A. That’s mostly due to to do some deficiency in the body it could be any deficiency probably either or multivitamin or anything for that matter it’s better to consult your doctor start with necessary supplements for the child for the time being
