Good evening doctor I have a daughter her age is 21 months can I give daily 3eggs for her. It is good for health or not . Give reply.so many told don’t daily one egg is enough somebody told me . How many eggs will give to her

At this stage, one egg daily is more than enough dear. I would suggest to give one daily .
Give other food as well like suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
