Good evening doctor,I am a mother of 1 year 9 months old. She is having a lot of lice in head. What is the solution for that.. Is anything shampoo is there. Please suggest me doctor.. Thank you..

Juice you can take out and you can take a some aloe vera fresh aloe vera mix it up and then apply it into the head of the child you can leave it for overnight also you can leave it for two or three hours and then you can watch it this is home remedy do it three times in the week and a Mediker best shampoo to go for but it has a lot of chemical so I would advise you to avoid and if it is okay with you you can get the head of your child shaved off completely that’s the right way because the child is too small so it wouldn’t be a problem
